Spring is on the way, and the days – though cold – are noticeably longer, and soon we will welcome the 2025 season! We look forward to helping you realize your 2025 vacation dreams as soon as you’re ready. And we remain excited about 2023’s new local “amenity” that is almost as close as the beach: the new nature trail system, High Head Conservation Area, with 1.5 miles of walking on 3 trails – Vista, Oak, and Forest  – on 50 acres of wooded land adjacent to ours. Thank you to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Town of Truro, and the Truro Conservation Trust!

And welcome to our website – it’s still very much a work-in-progress, but we hope you’ll find it informative and helpful.

Please note two new rules as of the 2024 season: 1) renters and guests may not charge e-bike/scooter/etc. batteries on site nor have the batteries in their unit nor on the decks, and 2) no open flames nor smoking of any substance in any form in the units or on the decks.

The Pagodas at Beach Point — 24 corner units total in two identical buildings just steps from a private beach on Cape Cod Bay — is a housing co-operative with units for occupancy and rent from early April through late October. Units are small (ca. 300 sq ft/28 sq m) studios (“efficiencies”) with:

• kitchenette
• bath
• separate vanity area

Our beach access, just steps away, puts you on a 500-foot private beach with miles of walkable beach toward either Wellfleet or Provincetown.

Built in the late 1960s, The Pagodas has been operating as a seasonal recreational housing co-operative since the mid-80s, with full-time seasonal onsite management. Bathrooms were renovated a number of years ago, and decks, stairs, and septic system were upgraded in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Following the disruption of the septic work, we did a major beach grass planting in 2017.

We are located on Shore Road/Rte. 6A approximately 4 miles from Provincetown and – as indicated – just steps from a 500-foot/152-meter private beach on Cape Cod Bay to which we have deeded access. Ocean beaches in the National Seashore are from 1-5 miles away. We offer off-street parking and are on the shuttle bus line serving towns, beaches, and other Outer Cape sites. Pool and other amenities are available on a flexible fee basis just a quarter mile away. And just a bit farther from the iconic Days Cottages (“Flower Cottages”) on the way to Provincetown. See them daily!
