Thank you to all who have come to The Pagodas in recent seasons to share this wonderful place with us ! We hope to see you again this season!
What better place to be for a break, for safe beach and water activity, for fresh air and a change of scenery, for open spaces, and for natural beauty! We look forward to seeing you soon!
In the past few years we have seen the opening of the 3-trail, 1.5 -mile (2.4-km) system on the conservation property which borders us, and this year – by the time you arrive – we anticipate being solar-powered (other than when outdoors on the beautiful beaches) in our unique all-electric Pagodas buildings!
Please note two new rules as of the 2024 season:
1) renters and guests may not charge e-bike/scooter/etc. batteries on site nor have them in the unit or on the decks, and
2) no open flames of any kind are allowed in the units or on the decks. This includes smoking of any substance in any form.

3-storey near-squares divided into quarters. Thus each studio unit is a corner room with expansive windows. Square footage of the studios varies only ca. 5 square feet, depending on the placement of shared water heaters. Each unit, just under 300 ft2 (28m2), has a main room area, small kitchenette, separate vanity area and full bathroom (tub and/or shower, toilet). The type and number of beds may vary. The units sleep two people comfortably, and are suitable for two adults and a maximum of two (ideally smaller) children. There are external decks, which also serve as walkways and stairways, throughout. The deck area outside each unit is considered private deck space except as necessary for access and egress.
The buildings are surrounded by Cape Cod Bay – only steps away – and beautiful wooded conservation property, also just steps away. The Pagodas are on the shuttle bus line and only ca. 4 miles from Provincetown. In addition to our private beach access just across the road, we are very close to a number of National Seashore and Town of Truro beaches. Of the total 24 units in the complex, 2 units are occupied by the onsite manager. Not all units are available for rental, and the units which are available can vary from year to year. The units should not be considered handicap accessible. Renters and guests are subject to a “no pets” policy.
Below is an image of each rental unit, a brief description, and a link to the booking platform for that unit, where you will find more images, detailed information, and an availability calendar. We do not have a central booking office.
