Units For Sale

The Pagodas are a recreational housing co-operative (Beach Point Co-operative Recreational Housing Association Ltd) under Massachusetts law. If a "unit" is for sale, it is shares in the corporation (not actual physical structure/space) which one is purchasing, and these shares correspond to the lease of a specific unit in one of the two buildings. Cape Cod Bay on one side, conservation land on another! If any "units" are presently on the market, we will try to list them here, along with the appropriate realtor information. We are not always "the first to know" when a unit is listed, so check other sources as well.
